We now have new headquarters located in Arlington, Texas and have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Strategy Assistant to join our team and you can work anywhere in the world!
Qualifications:
This is a digital marketing support role, and you will work directly with the strategy team to audit client’s SEO, PPC, Social and Email campaigns. A motivated digital marketer with a grasp of digital marketing execution, including online advertising, analytics and analysis, and conversion rate optimization. You are detail oriented, organized, and able to identify meaningful trends. You have experience in paid search, display, social advertising and SEO metrics. Of equal importance is your understanding of fast-paced environments and the knowledge that there is a business reason for recommendations. You must also be ready to make a difference within a dynamic, close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with agency project teams to evaluate online marketing campaigns.
- Provide research, campaign analysis and compile metrics for AdWords Search/Display and Facebook campaigns for a variety of clients in a wide mix of industries.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Search Console reports, analysis and recognizing trends across various industry benchmarks.
- Provide and research digital and social metrics and reporting across multiple channels and clients.
- Keep fully informed of emerging digital trends and practices.
- New keyword development analysis.
- Take ownership of projects by managing the day-to-day operations of assigned initiatives
- Work closely with other subject matter experts within core digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO, creative and content.
- Able to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an analyst setting (internship experience included)
- Conduct and construct basic SEO, PPC and Social Media audits on client websites
- Able to understand and generate reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Familiar with core SEO tasks including but not limited to Technical SEO, On-Page SEO
- Familiar with the purpose of landing pages (mainly WordPress)
- Familiar with Google Ads and Facebook advertising
- Collect and share best digital practices.
- Comfort working independently to analyze data, identify trends, and generate recommendations
- Excited by the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across industries, preferably with prior digital marketing experience
